The Mill Room is located within The Historic Lowenstein Building in University Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. history
The Lowenstein Building, once part of Rock Hill’s historic “Bleachery” textile plant, was built in 1953 and operated until closing in 1998. After major renovations, it reopened in 2017 with 225,000 SF of office, retail, restaurant, and event space. Today, it’s home to businesses like the American Cornhole League, City of Rock Hill, and Winthrop University.
