The Mill Room is located within The Historic Lowenstein Building in University Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The venue is located at the corner of Technology Center Way & White Street, ±4 miles from I-77, less than 1 mile from Downtown Rock Hill and Winthrop University, and within walking distance to the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center, Cambria Hotel, The Park, The Power House, The Easley Apartments, and The Nest Student Housing.

history

The Lowenstein Building, once part of Rock Hill’s historic “Bleachery” textile plant, was built in 1953 and operated until closing in 1998. After major renovations, it reopened in 2017 with 225,000 SF of office, retail, restaurant, and event space. Today, it’s home to businesses like the American Cornhole League, City of Rock Hill, and Winthrop University.

The Crowe Mansion offers full day access and includes a lavish bridal suite and lounge. Spend the day in luxury with custom marble top vanities, spacious seating, and full venue views.
