Perfect for galas, corporate events, and receptions, the venue includes a built-in par, pre-function space, a full kitchen, and four private suites. The Ivy Place

THE IVY PLACE

Built in 1850, the historic homestead was established by Adam Ivy using the value of a single piece of gold dust earned from a local gold mine. The Ivy Place is nestled on 33 acres of land and located about 45 minutes south of Charlotte in Lancaster, SC. Their spacious 4,400 square foot event tent has covered arbors, high sides, and cathedral windows that offer a panoramic view of the property. There are numerous photo opportunities with old barns, fields, ponds, and gardens to capture your amazing day in a beautiful setting.

The Palmer Building

THE PALMER BUILDING

Located just 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, The Palmer Building is a one stop shop for individuals and businesses alike. The rubble stone structure was built in the late 1930's during President Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration in an effort to employ people in the midst of the great depression. It then served as a firefighters training academy, and today stands as a unique gathering place for Charlotteans.

Nestled on the outskirts of Maiden, NC, The Providence Cotton Mill gives an old-world charm, with an inviting outdoor feel. Surrounded by green fields and a plush forest, the 130 year old, two story building features a soaring 30 ft. tall ceiling, allowing sunlight to stream in through the arched, open windows.
