We are glad to be back involved with the Deep Plate monthly plate again… This is this month’s submission… A butter poached cold water lobster tail served over a sweet blini accented with citrus pea tendrils.

For those of you that are not familiar with the Deep Plate Blog, and you have any interest in food presentation, then you should start to keep up with it to enjoy what Chef’s around the country are contriving on Bauscher’s unique line of plates.
That said, we are proud to share that our culinary team has started to participate in the monthly excercises and have really enjoyed the challenge of creating dishes based around the design of the plate.
