Alright, so we have been slacking and I am sure that some (if not all) of you have seen these images on
Cheyenne’s or
Alyse’s blogs. If that is the case, great, you get to see them again, if not, even better.

First off, Pam Bailey with Flowers in the Cellar out did herself with your beautiful arrangements… they looked good enough to eat. Seriously, she dipped the tips in chocolate to incorporate the theme (Chocolate Covered) throughout the room.
That said,
Party Reflections out did themselves as well. The chivari barstools, serpentine tables and five foot square, broke the space up and gave the overall event a balanced feel that standard rounds and banquets wouldn’t provide.
In this case, a picture is truly worth 1,000 words.
Cake Lady Jill provided a beautiful and tasty cake for all to enjoy.
Now here is where we came in… Cassi Cardwell, our very talented pastry chef, had a field day with this menu when we approached her about doing a dessert menu. Chilled dessert soups of peach, vanilla and strawberry were the biggest hit of the evening, and I am still getting great feedback about how tasty they were.
As for truffles, WOW!! Cassi out did herself once again. I have had some good truffles in my day, these are tops of the list.
