We had the pleasure of producing a tasting menu that was paired with a variety of fine wines for this quaint event. The menu included, Sauteed Fois Gras, Ahi Tuna Tartar, Marinated Baby Lamp Chops and an Inside~Out Pecan Pie.
Another Successful Bridal Show

We changed things up a little bit this year. We are always trying to keep up with the trends from season to season so we decided that LCD slideshows are the best way to maintain that goal. Thanks to our friend, Dale Zaugg with Home Rejuvenations, for building three wonderful displays to do so.
In addition to our new displays our Executive Chef, James Fox, decided to show off our ability to handle one of the latest food trends, tapas or composed plates.
Thanks to Crawford and Company Florists for our wonderful bouquets and as always Party Reflections for hosting another great event.

Homerama 2008 at The Ranch

We are thrilled to be a part of the Annual Homebuilders Association Homerama for our third year. This year the event will be held in The Palisades for the second time since its inception at The Ranch. An equestrian themed menu has been designed to meet the feel and concept the neighborhood is aiming to create.
